TV Crossovers I Need to Happen: Person Of Interest & The Good Wife (Reese/Kalinda edition)
A new number comes up: Leila Tahiri. Problem is, according to police reports Tahiri died in a Toronto house fire several years ago - the body was never found. However, Finch manages to track the woman to NYC where she is now living as Kalinda Sharma, an in-house investigator for a renowned law firm.
Despite Sharma’s potentially dangerous profession and mysterious past no clear threat emerges at first. But when the skilled detective notices Reese following her that suddenly seems less important. Because now the tables have been turned and it is Reese and Finch that are being investigated, as Sharma goes to any lengths to figure out who has been following her.
A complicated cat-and-mouse game ensues. Through license plate numbers and friends on the force, Sharma manages to find Reese’s partner, a paralegal by the name of Burdett. But her friendly-neighbor act doesn’t get her very far with the ‘very private man’. Ultimately she tracks Reese to a hotel room and after a bungled break-in attempt on Sharma’s part they head off to a bar to put all cards on the table. Or not…
